What forms of payment are accepted?

Regarding the use of PayPal or alternate payment methods, our payment options are: Visa, MC, Discover, and Amex. Billing is only applicable for nursing home accounts based on an existing agreement in place.

Will I be charged for duty as a Canadian customer?

You will not be charged duty as it's a standard shipping charge based on your choice of shipping preference (Regular or Rush). There will be no additional fees to your order.

Why do I have to pay for shipping?
