If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in saleable condition within 60 days.
There are two return options:

1. You can purchase our return label (UPS) by completing the process online and it's a $9.95 fee: https://www.silverts.com/returns.

2. You can return the item(s) at your own expense by regular postal service. Please call or email us to obtain the return number to place outside the package. Also, we will then provide the return address.
If you choose Option 2: In order to get a refund, you must call or email us and provide the return tracking number. Once the package is received at the depot, your refund will then be processed.
