Common issues with returnsUpdated 18 days ago

You might have issues during the returns process if: 

You inadvertently placed the order as a guest
This means you won't be able to find your order in the account. 

The order was just delivered
It might not be fully processed in the system as information is still being updated. 

Caching issues in your browser
Clearing your cache might help if you expect to see a return slip in your account but it's not appearing

Check Spam or Junk
If you are expecting a return label through email and it is not appearing, check your spam or junk to see if it ended up there.
