Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
- The first package scan is when the package is being picked up at the distribution center. There may be a pause after the first scan of the package when it's picked up. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk.
- When we ship an order, it may take up to 24 hours to appear on our website.
- Some shipments, such as gift certificates are not trackable.
If related to orders for Canada:
There can be a pause of a few days when the package is clearing customs.
